Description Double-ended comb carved from single piece of wood; one end has 9 long teeth that are round in cross-section and taper to distal end; Opposite end has 20 very short teeth that are somewhat square in cross-section and bifacially thinned; Central area of comb is constricted and carved on both faces with shallow geometric designs, including diamonds, triangles, zigzags, hearts, and floral units.
