Description | Set of three mold-pressed ceramic figurines, each made in two joined halves and quickly painted with a few brush strokes of paint on the front only; A) seated monkey with its arms resting on its legs, and its lower body and cheeks painted red, its arms and top of head outlined in pale rust brown, and its left and right sides of the torso painted green; B) standing man dressed in long red robe with green sleeves and wearing a pointed hat; C) standing man with green legs and arms and a red area on his chest, holding a lion’s mask above his head; Lion’s mask has gold mouth, heavy black eyes and eyebrows, and red mane. | |
