Small round jar with flat base and rounded sides, short straight-sided neck, and pair of wide strap handles just above mid-level height; Coils on exterior (including base) are corrugated and pair of handles have been attached at sides before entire jar was covered with white slip; Jar is completely unpainted except for small motif on each handle consisting of orange and white checkerboard pattern alongside 3 black feather shapes; Signature “S. Shutiva Acoma N. Mex.†is printed in black lettering on base. |
