Description Lithograph titled “Red Concho,” printed on white paper by Taos Editions; Navajo woman is shown seated leaning on her left arm, with her body in side profile but her head turned to the viewer; She is dressed in pink skirt, pale purple blouse and a silver concho belt worn over a red belt; Woman is shown seated on a mauve-colored ground, against a blue background; Artist’s signature and date “R. C. Gorman 1989” are written in pencil in lower left corner, while edition number (81/300) is written in lower right corner; Artist’s blind stamp (RCG) and Taos Edition’s blind stamp (Taos Editions Ltd.) are printed on reverse in lower left and lower right corners, respectively. This serigraph was issued along with a limited edition book, R. C. Gorman, The Graphic Works, both in an edition of 300, of which this serigraph and accompanying book are #81.
