Description Rabbit stick carved from a single piece of wood and shaped like a returning boomerang; Stick is biconvex in cross-section; One end tapers abruptly to a blunt point and is slightly wider than the opposite end, whose tip is somewhat rounded; All bark has been removed from stick and all surfaces have been sanded smooth and very lightly stained a reddish hue; This type of tool was traditionally used in hunting small game, by throwing it at an animal, so the stick spun through the air and one of its ends hit its target, either maiming or killing it.
