Description Hair comb carved from a thin flat piece of ivory that has been cut into a somewhat rectangular shape; Lateral edges taper very gradually toward a rounded proximal end, wherein a large round hole is cut; Series of 13 evenly spaced parallel cuts have been made on distal end extending inward approx. 1/3 of the comb’s total length, forming 14 short teeth.
