Description Closed, pear-shaped oil lamp made in two pieces in mold and assembled; Lower section is flat-bottomed with flaring sides, while upper portion has inward sloping sides and elongated central depressed area with a small opening over the reservoir and another at narrow end for wick; Depressed area is decorated with raised geometric design; Panel along outer edges of reservoir is decorated with images of crosses, peacocks (?), and plant motifs; Lamp is natural orange color of clay.
