Description Deep round basket with flat base, flaring lower sides, and rounded upper sides, with corresponding round conical lid tapering upward to a flat-topped knob handle; Both basket and lid are woven in coiled technique over bundle foundation; Warp material is rye grass stems and weft material is rye grass leaves; Designs are woven of dyed rye grass leaves and consist of 4 purple crosses (with red centers) around upper sides of basket and 4 crosses (half red/half purple) around sides of lid.
