Double-headed barrel drum made from hollowed length of cottonwood log with rawhide skin stretched over each end and secured by means of rawhide lace that is threaded through small loops along edges of skins, alternately from upper to lower skin in zigzag pattern; Ends of lace are knotted together, forming a handle. |
