Description Shallow round bowl with flat base and flaring sides; Interior and exterior are scraped smooth; Interior and exterior are covered with white slip, and exterior base is coated with orange slip; Black painted designs on interior include single bird motif in center with geometric patterns on its body and wings; Band of paired leaf shapes encircle interior rim and solid black line encircles lip; Both bands include a ceremonial break in the design; Black painted designs on exterior consists of cloud motif (paired solid triangles and triangular stack of semicircles) that is repeated four times; Bowl is unsigned.
