Description | Modeled figurine of owl shown in standing position with its wings held at its sides; All surfaces are scraped very smooth and highly burnished; Punctate holes represent the eyes and also accentuate the modeled ears; Series of deeply incised lines (3 on each wing and tail) represent feathers; Figurine is reduction fired to glossy black color and is otherwise undecorated and unsigned. | |
