Description | Rectangular bowl with flat base and flaring sides; Interior and exterior are scraped smooth and are coated with white slip, except for base, which is coated with orange slip; Black painted designs on interior include tri-stemmed floral motif on each short side and a simpler stylized floral motif on each long side; Black painted designs on exterior consist of paired semicircles on each short side and composite geometric motif with spiral hooks at each end on each long side; Single black line outlines lip and double narrow framing lines outline base on exterior; Bowl is unsigned. | |
