Description | Round bowl with flat base, rounded sides, and inward curving rim; Interior and exterior are scraped smooth; Interior is coated with red slip and lightly burnished; Exterior is coated with white slip and painted; 4 paired red feathers with black tips alternating with 4 paired black triangles and all are pendant from narrow black line that encircles bowl on exterior just below rim; Heavy black line outlines lip; Base is over-painted red; Bowl is unsigned. | |
