Description Hand carved 3-dimensional standing figure of Navajo man impersonating Talking God, the principle Navajo deity (part of 16-piece Navajo ceremony); Figure wears white head mask with crown of spread eagle plumes and green collar ruff, turquoise necklace, bracelets, rings, and concho belt, brown shirt, white pants, brown moccasins and leggings with red pipe cleaners at top of leggings (representing garters?), and tan buckskin cape; He carries fox skin in right hand; All details of figure are carved and painted except for tips of eagle plumes on head dress which are actual chicken feathers and red pipe cleaners at top of moccasins; Signature "Clitso" is printed in pencil on soles of both feet.
