Description Transitional blanket - rug woven entirely in plain tapestry weave; Design field is divided in half vertically (one half has gold background and other half has green background, each bordered in red); Design in each half consists of vertical column of concentric diamonds, flanked on either side by terraced diagonal lines extending to the border; Multi-colored supplementary fringe decorates both short ends of blanket - rug. (Design identified by Dr. Joe Ben Wheat as "Tree of Life" pattern.)
