Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Kachin' Mana (Katsina Girl), who may appear with many different katsinam and takes the name of that katsina; Figure is dressed in yellow face mask with red band in hair, black woven dress and white, black and red maiden's shawl, white leggings and moccasins; Figure's arms are completely hidden beneath shawl; Length of cotton string is tied around figure's neck and second length extends out of top of head, probably originally attached to several feathers; This figure is often depicted with a red beard.
