Description Dance wand made from commercially cut tongue and groove wooden slat notched at lower end to form hand holds; Both sides are painted white; On front is depicted Aloosaka, one of the Germ gods who controls the growth and reproduction of all things, shown with round face, 2 horns, and eagle feather tassel in red, yellow, and black; Cloud symbol is above katsina and corn symbol below; 6 feather bundles are tied along sides and several grass stems are attached on reverse.
