Description Flat oval mat made for use as a hot pad; Warp material is cedar bark and weft material is bear grass leaves; Entire mat is woven in wrapped twining technique; Designs are woven of dyed bear grass leaves and consist of an inner and outer composite, concentric band in colors of dark blue, yellow, and purple, and a central band with a yellow zigzag on a dark blue background, all alternating with plain bands of undyed weft.
