Description Painting on white paper entitled "The Bull and the Koshares", depicting 2 Koshare clowns, whose bodies are painted in black and white stripes, riding bareback on a black bull; Koshare in front is holding on to bull's horn, while face of second Koshare is hidden behind first Koshare; Signature "Awa Tsireh 1938" is printed in black ink in lower right corner. Awa Tsireh was the cousin of Margaret Lou Gutierrez, whose work is represented in the CAS pottery collection.
