Description Painting on poster board entitled "Happy Clowns," depicting 2 male clowns, whose bodies are painted half gray and half yellow; Each wears white moccasins, breechclout with long apron in front and back, neckerchief, and headdress that includes horn-like extensions; One clown is carrying ristra of apples and ristra of corn, while second clown carries a watermelon; Figures are painted against a nearly plain mauve background, with a small thunderbird overhead and several indeterminate geometric shapes in the foreground; Signature "J D Medina, Zia Indian" is printed in brown paint in lower right corner; "Jose D. Medina [$]12.00" is handwritten in pencil on reverse.
