Description Painting on white paper entitled "San Carlos Apache Crown Dancer" depicting male Gan or Crown Dancer, shown in full frontal pose, standing on both feet, bent at knees and waist with arms outstretched; Figure wears moccasins, buckskin skirt, and black cloth head and face mask with cross-like crown of white wooden slats painted with eagle and other geometric designs; Dancer's forearms and shoulders are painted black and chest is painted with white geometric design; Long red streams trails from his upper arms and her carries white wooden sword in each hand; Signature "Daniel Nash" is written in gray paint in lower right corner; "San Carlos Apache Crown Dancer" is printed in pencil on reverse.
