Description |
Bolo tie consisting of Zuni carved turquoise frog set and partially recessed on oval silver plate that is pointed at one end; Frog is secured with two silver prongs at its side; Sides of silver plate are stamped with V-shape in two places and stamped "Sterling Hand Made" along with hallmarks of a Navajo hogan (White Hogan Shop, Scottsdale, AZ) and "KB" (Kenneth Begay) on reverse; Frog and silver plate are strung on braided brown leather cord, whose ends are wrapped in silver cones with encircling lines at upper ends and terminating in small spheres at distal ends. |
