Description | Round shallow tray with flat base and scalloped edge; Small scallops around rim are cold chisel stamped with radiating lines to give seashell-like appearance; Center of tray is cold chisel stamped with whirling pattern of 4 leaf-like motifs alternating with areas of parallel lines; Same leaf-like pattern on stamped textured background, alternating with areas of diagonal parallel lines forms decorative band around interior sides of tray; "Sterling Handmade Original Design" is hand-etched on base along with stamped hallmarks "KB" (Kenneth Begay) and image of hogan (White Hogan Shop, Scottsdale, AZ). | |
