Description | Rectangular box on 4 hemispherical feet, with hinged lid, fabricated from sheet silver; Box is undecorated except for top of lid which has a large motif of 4 raised, hollow (?), lozenge-shaped leaves alternating with groups of cold chisel stamped feathers, all radiating out from center on stamped, textured background; Band of stamped triangles frames all four edges of lid; "Sterling Original Handmade" is hand etched on base along with hallmarks "KB" (Kenneth Begay) and image of a hogan (White Hogan Shop, Scottsdale, AZ). | |
