Squash blossom style necklace comprising double strand of handmade spherical silver beads, 14 squash blossoms, and large horseshoe-shaped naja pendant, all strung on commercial braided metal wire; Each squash blossom is set with 3 oval and 5 round turquoise stones (set individually in finely notched bezels) mounted on silver back plate, from which actual blossom protrudes; Naja is set with 41 small turquoise stones (set individually in finely notched bezels) arranged in 2 rows, with 3 oval turquoise stones above naja and 1 larger oval turquoise stone below; Double strands of beads become single strands near ends and are fitted with hook and eye clasp; Necklace is unsigned. |
