Description Carved knife of the type used for cutting and serving pudding-like foods, especially in a ritual context; Elongated lanceolate-shaped knife is biconvex in transverse cross-section; Pronounced ridge near mid-section separates handle from knife blade; Proximal end of handle is tapered; Distal end of blade tapers gradually to rounded edge; Entire surface of knife is sanded smooth, highly polished, and stained an ebony black color.
