Description Two-tined skewer fork with black wooden handle that has spiral metal band running from its distal end to its proximal end that has a metal head with wings on it; From BRL 1982: “Marrow fork; Bavaria; Wood or dark horn handle with molded in tin alloy or lead alloy decorations, bolster and butt; Butt in the form of a double-sided winged cherub’s head; Base of fork threaded, indicating that is originally had a hollow sharpening steel over the fork.”
