EXPEDITION Science: Field surveys to DNA...
Our work will be as broad as possible, from basic field surveys, natural history, and collection building, to studies of phylogenetics, phylogeography, DNA, and the spread of diseases. The basic field surveys
provide an assessment of the conservation health of island species, labwork will involve ground-breaking scientific studies, and natural history collections will provide essential permanent records of Pacific biodiversity.
