| Comments | Type by monotypy. Description, p. 50. A single species is illustrated by Rabenhorst, pl. IX fig. 14, as "Stauroptera" Staurogramma decussata. Ralfs in Pritchard 1861 (ref. 001063), p. 915, pl. 8, fig. 36, gives an illustration of S. persicum (Rab.) and treats S. decussata as a synonym of S. persicum. Farr et al. and current internet version of the ING list S. persicum Rab. as the type species. |
