| Comments | Two species described: S. antarctica n. sp., S. valdiviae n. sp., no type designated. According to V. Nikolaev (pers. com., 1998), S. antarctica and S. valvidiae are synonymous with Actinocyclus oliverianus O' Meara 1877. This would make this genus a later synonym of Microspodiscus Grunow in Van Heurck 1883, T: Podosira oliverianus (O'Meara) Grunow in Van Heurck (= Actinocyclus oliverianus O'Meara). |
