| Comments | Description in: Pantocsek 1905, p. 69 (ref. 1445). Lange-Bertalot & Metzeltin 2006, p. 59 (ref. 012848) noted that the specimen illustrated on pl. 14, fig. 213 did not match the diagnosis, and placed it their new species: Navicula superhasta Lange-Bertalot & Metzeltin 2006. Levkov, Edlund & Nakov 2008, p. 52, however (ref. 013235), stated that fig. 14:213 should not be considered a synonym of N. superhasta. Levkov, Edlund & Nakov 2008, p. 50 (ref. 013235) designated fig. 5:74 as the lectotype of Navicula hasta. |
