| Comments | Non Amphora lima A. Schmidt 1874. No illustration in Pantocsek 1889. Illustrated as “Amphora lima Pant.” in Pantocsek 1892, pl. 23, fig. 347 (ref. 001034). Probably an error: although is is described as “Amphora lima n.s.” on p. 37, it is listed on p. 20 as “Amphora lima A.S. var. fossilis n.v.”. In Pantocsek 1903 (second edition), p. 37 (ref. 002331), that same description applies to “Amphora lima A. Schm. var. fossilis Pant. n.var.”. The plate caption for Pantocsek 1892, pl. 23, fig. 347 (ref. 001034) is changed to Amphora lima A. Schm. in Pantocsek 1905 (ref. 001445). |
