DIAGNOSIS: Of the six species of Madagascar Neuroleon this species has the least dark markings on the wings. There are no dark markings at all on either the forewing or hind wing.

TYPE LOCALITY: Syntypes male and female: Madagascar, Amparandrandava, IV.1932, Seyrig.
 
GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION: This species is known only from localities in the southern part of the country. It seems to be most common around Bekily.
 
TEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION: February to March.
