DIAGNOSIS
The characters used to separate the genera will serve to identify this species. In the forewing the radial sector originates at or near the level of the fork of CuP, which is different from the position in the hind wing. This is a fairly large species with a forewing length of 30 to 35 mm.

This species is known from scattered locations throughout the island.

REMARKS
Stange's (2004) world catalog places this species in Myrmeleon. Baliga has not previously been known from the Afrotropical Region and the closest known species of the genus are to be found in India.
