DIAGNOSIS
There are only two species of Creoleon in Madagascar. This species has a short, dark stripe at the tip of the hind wing.

TYPE LOCALITY
Syntype females: Kinsawanga, N. of Albert-Edward-See, 11.I.92, Stuhlman; Insel Sansibar, Hildebrandt; Accra, Ober-Guinea; Muansa Victoria-Nyansa 18.X.95.
GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION
This species is distributed from Sudan and Ethiopia west to Zaire and south to Namibia. Within Madagascar it is found widely over the island.
TEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION
This species has been collected from November to January.

55 to 100 m.
