Diagnosis

Males possess brushes of setae on the pronotum, which separates it from males of the only other Malagasy species where males are known.

MADAGASCAR: Toliara Province, Békily, September 1933, A. Seyrig, 1 female.

Geographical Distribution

This species is endemic to Madagascar and has only been collected at Békily.

Békily is at rather low elevation.
