Diagnosis
This is a subspecies of Glenochrysa insularis with little pigmentation on the forewing at the origin of the radial sector (ORs) and behind the pterostigma.

Type Locality
COMORO ISLANDS: Mayotte, Mamoudzou, 20 November 1993 and 21 November 1994, 2 females.
Geographical Distribution
Known only from two localities on Mayotte Island (Comoro Islands).

The type series was collected at light.
