Common Squeaker, Arthroleptis stenodactylus

Family Ranidae. Calls are very common throughout the forest floor (even on steep slopes) during and shortly after rainfall.

Habitat: terrestrial, disturbed forest habitats.

Range: Southern and eastern Congo to Kenya and south to northern Natal, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
