greeni, Couesius Jordan [D. S.] 1893:313 [Proceedings of the United States National Museum v. 16 (no. 938); ref. 10492] Stuarts Lake near Fort St. James, (headwaters of Fraser River). British Columbia, Canada. Lectotype: USNM 44454. Paralectotypes: CAS-SU 266 (1). Type catalog: Böhlke 1953:31 [ref. 12291] wrongly with a holotype, Gilbert 1998:88-89 [ref. 23395]. Lectotype established by Jordan & Evermann 1896:325 [ref. 2443]; also designated by Gilbert 1998:88 [ref. 23395]. •Synonym of Couesius plumbeus (Agassiz 1850), but a valid subspecies -- (Lee et al. 1980:150 [ref. 22416], Gilbert 1998:89 [ref. 23395]). •Synonym of Couesius plumbeus (Agassiz 1850) -- (Scott & Crossman 1998:406 [ref. 24570], McPhail 2007:66 [ref. 31199]). Current status: Synonym of Couesius plumbeus (Agassiz 1850). Cyprinidae: Plagopterinae. Habitat: freshwater.
