Current status: Synonym of Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum 1792). Salmonidae: Salmoninae. Distribution: North America: Warner Valley, Goose Lake, and Chewaucan basin, upper Sacramento River system, California, U.S.A. [subspecies stonei]. Habitat: freshwater.
