Type catalog: Ferraris 2007:119 [ref. 29155]. •Valid as Corydoras latus Pearson 1924 -- (Nijssen & Isbrücker 1980:214 [ref. 6910], Burgess 1989:366 [ref. 12860], Isbrücker 2001:228 [ref. 26805], Reis in Reis et al. 2003:299 [ref. 27061], Ferraris 2007:119 [ref. 29155], Sarmiento et al. 2014:190 [ref. 35004], Tencatt & Ohara 2016:[12] [ref. 34353], Ohara et al. 2016:548 [ref. 34772], Bono et al. 2019:19 [ref. 36480]). Current status: Valid as Corydoras latus Pearson 1924. Callichthyidae: Corydoradinae. Distribution: Beni River basin, Bolivia. Habitat: freshwater.
