Paratypes: CAS 95171 (6, 2 c&s), 95172 (1). •Valid as Serpenticobitis cingulata Roberts 1997 -- (Kottelat 2001:93 [ref. 25780], Kottelat 2012:73 [ref. 32367], Kottelat 2013:198 [ref. 32989]). Current status: Valid as Serpenticobitis cingulata Roberts 1997. Serpenticobitidae. Distribution: Thailand. Habitat: freshwater.
