R.] 1998:130, Fig. 10 [Natural History Bulletin of the Siam Society v. 46 (no. 1); ref. 23549] Tributary of Da Dung and Song Dong Nai, south of Bam Ma Thuot at Cau Daktik, Sai Gon basin, Dac Lac Province, Vietnam. Holotype: CAS 94267. Paratypes: CAS 94268 (1). Roberts states, "In this paper intraspecific trophic morphs are formally described and named as species-level trinominals." They are here regarded as subspecies for purposes of conformity to the ICZN. See the account of Poropuntius bolovenensis Roberts 1998. Current status: Synonym of Poropuntius kontumensis (Chevey 1934). Cyprinidae: Cyprininae.
