Current status: Valid as Sebastes dallii (Eigenmann & Beeson 1894). Sebastidae: Sebastinae. Distribution: Northeastern Pacific: northern California (U.S.A.) south to Pacific coast of central Baja California (Mexico). Habitat: marine.
