Current status: Valid as Thymallus signifer (Richardson 1823). Salmonidae: Thymallinae. Distribution: North Asia: Chukchi Peninsula; coasts of Arctic Ocean north of 62°N (Russia). Habitat: freshwater, brackish, marine.
