Zonocypselurus (subgenus of Cypselurus) Parin [N. V.] & Bogorodsky [S. V.] 2011:658 Masc. Exocoetus hexazona Bleeker 1853. Type by original designation (also monotypic). Identity of the type species is dubious. •Synonym of Cypselurus Swainson 1838, subgenus Poecilocypselurus Bruun 1935 -- (Shakhovskoy & Parin 2019:68 [ref. 36674]). Current status: Synonym of Cypselurus Swainson 1838. Exocoetidae.
