Type catalog: Gilbert 1974:111 [ref. 21035], Böhlke 1984:40 [ref. 13621]. •Valid as Emblemaria caldwelli Stephens 1970 -- (Greenfield & Johnson 1981:57 [ref. 5580], Williams 2002:16 [ref. 26522], Ramos et al. 2003:98 [ref. 26688], Williams 2003:1766 [ref. 27109], Smith et al. 2003:54 [ref. 27621], Patzner et al. 2009:470 [ref. 30396]). Current status: Valid as Emblemaria caldwelli Stephens 1970. Chaenopsidae. Distribution: Western Atlantic. Habitat: marine.
