Current status: Valid as Prionotus longispinosus Teague 1951. Triglidae. Distribution: Western Atlantic. Habitat: brackish, marine.

Current status: Synonym of Prionotus longispinosus Teague 1951. Triglidae. Habitat: brackish, marine.
