Holotype: CAS 81715. Paratypes: CAS 81693 (1), 81706 (1), 81710-11 (1, 2), 81713 (1), 81718 (1); OS 14187 (1), 14377 (1), 14379 (1); SIO 62-366 (1). •Valid as Lycenchelys pearcyi Anderson 1995 -- (Anderson & Fedorov 2004:19 [ref. 27603], Love et al. 2005:141 [ref. 37547], Balushkin et al. 2011:1026 [ref. 32449], Thiel et al. 2018:53 [ref. 35743], Love et al. 2021:181 [ref. 39279]). Current status: Valid as Lycenchelys pearcyi Anderson 1995. Zoarcidae: Lycodinae. Distribution: Northeastern Pacific: northern Oregon (U.S.A.) south to southern tip of Baja California Sur (Mexico). Habitat: marine.
