dictyon, Mastacembelus Britz [R.] & Kottelat [M.] 2025:654, Figs. 2, 3a, 4a, 7-12 [Raffles Bulletin of Zoology v. 73; ref. 42629] Nam Khai, about 1.5 km upstream of confluence with Houay Hok, Nam Ngiep watershed, Thathom District, Saysomboune Province, Laos, 18°56'03"N, 103°26'40"E, elevation 341 meters. Holotype: MHNG 2804.002. Paratypes: CMK. Plus addtional non-type material. •Valid as Mastacembelus dictyon Britz & Kottelat 2025. Current status: Valid as Mastacembelus dictyon Britz & Kottelat 2025. Mastacembelidae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: middle and upper Mekong River basin, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and China, probably also in Vietnam. Habitat: freshwater.
